Delivery is free for all orders (UK mainland only). For orders outside of the UK Mainland please contact canopus1914@gmail.com. Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase. I aim to get your order to you with the timeframe outlined. Occasionally there may circumstances beyond my control that will affect the timings of deliveries. In this case, I will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays. 

 

If you wish to return your item(s) you must notify me within 14 days of receipt of purchase and I will be happy to offer you a refund, to the same card/account that was used for the original payment, provided that the product(s) are returned complete and in perfect unused condition.

I suggest that you use a parcel tracking service to return your item to me as responsibility will not be accepted for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that you include your name and order number inside your parcel and that your item(s) is packaged carefully.

Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or faulty. If you believe an item to be damaged or faulty, please email a photo to me within seven days of receipt of your purchase and I will send out a replacement.

 

Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.
